Once again we have set the bar higher bringing the largest roller hockey event of the year to you and we look forward to some of the most competitive roller hockey of the summer. There are 274 teams participating this year at State Wars and considering only 6 of them are from the home state of Indiana, that is pretty impressive. Our largest division this summer is our Senior A as 38 teams will be competing for gold!
The 'Pama Pro Invitational' will be even more competitive this summer if that is possible, as the 10 top Pro teams in the US will be battling for 25k! Make sure you check this division out as the best players across North America will be showcased. Crazy as this sounds to say but the 1998s are in their final year of their own birth year division, and the top 12 players named to 'Team North America' will take home a $1000 college scholarship, we are proud to be donating to this cause for over ten years now!
State Wars LIVE will be in full effect this event, as we will be LIVE streaming every game played with a lot of play by play commentary being featured on the main rink. All championship games will also feature great commentary by our stellar staff.
In a time where many teams don't travel like they used to, we are proud to have so many players, teams, and families traveling near and far to experience State Wars Hockey. One of the most exciting expansions we have seen this year is the inclusion of Team United Kingdom to the program, as 7 teams have come all this way to be a part of the 'FORCE in roller hockey'...State Wars. A big shout out to director Rob Shelton and all of the UK families for being a part of SW12, I can't wait to see and feel the energy they will bring to the event!
